Mile High 69®
„Gin Fizz“
2 measures/3tbs Mile High 69 Gin
juice of half a large lemon
5ml/1tsp caster superfine sugar
soda water
Shake the gin, lemon juice and sugar with ice until the sugar is properly dissolved. Pour out into a frosted narrow glas half-filled with ice and top up with soda. Add two straws and some topping like a piece of lemon. There should be less soda than the other ingredients, but it is very much a matter of personal taste.
